We are looking for a Sales Engineer in the UK, you will be responsible for generating and delivering Sorter solutions for new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying sales requirements and commercial opportunities through regular customer contact.
  • Building strong customer relationships using technical engineering knowledge.
  • Managing the sales process from beginning to end.
  • Interpreting requirements and providing successful tenders and quotations.
  • Collecting strategic and commercial information to expand the customer base.
  • Achieving KPIs and targets in accordance with company strategy.
  • Providing accurate activity, budget and management reports.
  • Displaying strong communication skills and liaising closely with other departments.

Project Manager
Job description:
As (senior) project manager, you are responsible for our multi-disciplinary sorting systems: Project scheduling, organizing the installation, managing the project team, controlling the progress and risk assessments are part of your job. You will also be responsible for delivering the functional design and documentation, acceptance tests and handing over the project documentation.

Key-skills:
Your logistical background is preceded with a technical education, equivalent to a Master of Science degree. You are already applied in project management for a couple of years;

Mechanical Project Engineer
Job description:
As Mechanical Project Engineer you will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of sorting machines and peripherals. From the moment a project is sold, there is cooperation with the project to translate customer requirements into a working system. The design will be visualized in 3D using AutoDesk Inventor.
After approval by the customer have to be made production and assembly drawings, where there is cooperation with the Purchasing / Work Preparation Department. It is important to ensure the schedule. Development of new components or improving existing components of a project may be one of many tasks. Once the assembly in the workplace or installation work started on site, you will support your colleagues and advise from the office or on location.

Key-skills:
• Communicating concepts and design of new plants.
• Making product drawings and documentation.
• Preparing and supervising the assembly work in the workshop and on site.
• Recording of project data and monitor the plan.
• Identify project risks for the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
• Development of sorting machines and related components.
• Supporting the sales department with 2- and 3-D design drawings and concept.
• Support Project Manager in making cost estimates and hours, project risk analysis etc.
• Supervising various certifications and inspections.
• Development of new sorting machines and components or improve it.
• Collaborate and consult with other departments and disciplines.
